Christopher Peter Meloni is an American actor and is famous for his roles on the well-known television series 'Law & Order Special Victims Unit. While at college, Christopher Meloni has been attracted to the world of acting. He studied acting at the University of Colorado at Boulder. While he was active in TV and film, his roles on the small screen have earned him a lot of recognition. He's been able effortlessly play roles of characters from both sides of the law and grab the audience's interest. In the first television show where he played the character of a killer. Later, he was able to portray the role as an NYPD Detective. Because of his portrayal on the small screen, he's been up for nomination many times for the highly coveted Emmy Awards. The most appealing feature of his face is said to be his distinctive blue eyes. They are believed to be a trademark and have aided in depicting the rough and savage characters with a sense of humour.
